Carla Pokrywka Cole
Carla Pokrywka Cole is a design / construction project manager for commercial developments. Her resume includes LEED certified projects. Carla has an extensive design and management background with Fortune 500 companies like General Motors, Invesco and MGM Mirage. Her comprehensive portfolio includes airport additions, higher education, retail rollouts, high-end residential, full-scale master plans, premier hospitality brands and mixed-use complexes.
As Design Director Carla spearheaded brand evolution within the fast-casual restaurant segment and multiple high-end residential towers. She has managed 20+ build-outs at any given time. Carla is skilled in multi-faceted facility evaluations, development of project standards, benchmarking, elaborate high-level visioning, construction guidelines and management, design-build construction and extensive price negotiating experience. During her tenure Ms. Pokrywka Cole has managed high profile design firms worldwide and worked closely with senior level executives across the U.S. Duties have included managing and planning charrettes through spear-heading comprehensive facility assessments and successful construction walk-throughs.
Ms. Cole’s vast experience has put her in demand with colleagues and exacting clients. As a consultant inside major organizations the past 6 years she has honed her skills in communication through business development and crafted her approach to creating winning teams. Her skills to inform, mentor and advise clients on construction market turns and commercial design are proven and second to none.
When not creating, organizing, and developing phenomenal projects Carla enjoys time at home in the mountains of Colorado with her husband and daughter skiing, cooking, and camping as well as exploring new experiences.
Jenny O'Neill
Jenny O'Neill is an accomplished Interior Design professional & Realtor with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of project types. Her areas of expertise include: Programming, Design Development, Specifications, Construction Administration, Property Sales, Contract Negotiation, Client Presentation, Finish and Furniture Selection (FF&E) and Mentoring. While attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Architecture, she traveled to Denmark to further study Scandinavian Architecture and Interior Design, and continues to be an avid traveler. Upon graduating, Jenny accepted a position at Gensler, in Denver, Colorado. During her 4 years at the firm, she was able to work on both domestic and international teams. In 2004, she ventured into the world of independent design, consulting with companies across the metro area, ranging from corporate tenant improvement projects, to hospitality and restaurant. As an independent, Jenny was allowed the flexibility to take on passions projects, heavily focused on adaptive reuse and historic preservation, such as Brighton Cultural Center, Brighton, CO and The Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, Lakewood, CO.
Jenny is a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams, and is the founding partner of, Space, Inc., focused on creating beauty and meaning through public place making, community advocacy, elevating areas of blight, and creating value in overlooked properties. Through melding her diverse design background with her real estate expertise, Jenny and her partners are working actively with developers, investors, business owners and community to create rich experiences for all clients and end users. When not creating beautiful spaces or finding the best real estate solution for her clients, Jenny enjoys working out, skiing, hiking, reading, traveling and finding new experiences to share with her husband, Keith, and their three children.
